He advanced through various roles, including branch manager, and national sales manager. Having built incredible sales teams from the ground up and proving himself a successful leader in growing business in the Atlantic region. Now owner of RYCO Food Equipment, Mike is taking the next step towards delivering unparalleled client service, valuing his team and fostering key industry relationships.
